Golf carts are used to get around within the neighborhood, and it even has its own fire station. There are 500 upscale estates here, and the bay houses many luxury yachts. Established in 1929, Emerald Bay was named for the color of the water. Residents can enter from either the east side or from the west off the Pacific Coast Highway.
